2. Write the TSSI to DBM Table value corresponding to the loop position to the Lookup Table Data Register (MMIO offset 0x473)

Write the 64 elements of the TSSI to DBM Table to PHYRegisters 0x380 - 0x3A0, write it in as a 16 bit value with the first TSSI to DBM Table value as the low 8 bits and the second TSSI to DBM Table value as the high 8 bits.
